Annual preventive maintenance (PM) contract
Regular weekly or fortnightly visits, prevention of sudden breakdowns, and every action documented in each machine's passport.
A sudden injection machine breakdown is usually the result of signs that were not noticed in time: a pressure drop, a small leak, screw wear or abnormal oil temperature. Preventive maintenance identifies and resolves these signs before they turn into failures.
Under an annual contract, visits follow a fixed schedule, every action is recorded in the machine's permanent passport, and the trend of stoppages and breakdowns can be monitored in your private panel. The engagement begins with a check-up visit.
Scope of work
- Weekly or fortnightly visits, depending on the number of machines
- A standard checklist for hydraulics, injection unit, clamping unit, electrics and safety
- Priority response to emergency breakdowns
- Every action recorded in each machine's permanent passport, with a QR label
- Periodic reports on stoppages and breakdowns in your private panel
- On-the-job training for the plant's maintenance team
